Negative thinking results in destructive feeling. As you continue to dwell on the negativity in your life, it becomes a pattern. From the minute you wake up, your thoughts and emotions become automatic because they now have control over you.

How to eliminate the negative and destructive patterns of thinking and feeling.

  • Reflect.
  • You have to start asking yourself some important questions. You should ponder about how you have been using language on yourself, look at what you do to put you in a certain state and what’s been going on in your head. This means you have to put yourself in a state of awareness. Once you observe and notice what’s going on inside, you will learn to understand yourself and your feelings. You are then able to alter your thoughts which will affect your emotions and your behavior and attitudes.

  • Break the pattern.
  • You have to practice breaking your destructive thoughts and pictures. You need to listen and watch so that you will notice. When you notice them showing up, immediately interrupt. You interfere by asking some ridiculous questions, playing around and manipulating the pictures in your mind or changing the meaning that you have been accustomed to. Do this often enough and you will begin to alter your automatic state of mind and develop a different mindset.

  • Using your memories to your benefit.
  • You put yourself into a certain state of emotion when a particular memory or experience shows up. When you remember something pleasant, you will automatically put yourself in a resourceful mode. When some unpleasant pictures pop up in your mind, you react according to how you have learned to do without thinking. Why not recall more of the pleasant memories so that you can put yourself in a state that will inspire and motivate you to do and dare. It’s all about choice.

  • Changing the pictures and dialogs in your mind.
  • How you feel in the moment has a lot to do with the pictures and dialogues going on endlessly in your head. Anything that has happened on your outside world has passed. What remains is your recollection. Most of them are repetitions of what you have seen, experienced and heard. Others are what you create. You can change and manipulate the pictures or the meanings because they exist inside where you have total control. You can do anything you wish with the pictures and the dialogs. Your ability to master this will enhance your life.

What exactly are the options for a mom to make money at home?

Unfortunately, there are scams everywhere - some you may have heard of sound too good to be true - and they usually are. Oftentimes, women lose a lot of money before they even find a legitimate opportunity, let alone one that they love.

Below, you’ll find a list of popular work from home options. They all have benefits and drawbacks. What may be great for one woman may not even be of interest to another woman.

And, of course, research thoroughly before signing any contract. Yes, there are bunches of great, legitimate possibilities out there waiting for you, but you might have to say ‘no’ to a few first before you find the perfect home business for you.

    Direct Sales (MLM)

Why we love it: Where else can you get a business in a box? Seriously, the products have already been made and tested, all the marketing has been created for you, and you are set up on the road to management if you wish. You can see why Direct Sales can be a great way to make money, especially if you find a product, sponsor and company that you love!

Why it might not be for you: If the thought of sales makes you turn green from nausea, you might want to consider other options.

    Internet Auctions

Why we love it: It doesn’t get much simpler than online auctions. Sell your worn clothing or used toys. Or, if you’ve got a knack for pricing, you might find some great items at a garage sale that you can turn over for a profit on online auctions.

Why it might not be for you: Is your house already too small for you and your family? If you don’t have room to store inventory, then online auctions might not be the business for you.

    Start a Home Business

Why we love it: No matter what your interest is, you can start a business. Sell products or promote a service that makes life easier for other people. Whether you’re considering making crafts or becoming a massage therapist, if you’ve got the entrepreneurial spirit, then go for it!

Why it might not be for you: Starting from scratch can be a lot of work with little pay in the beginning. So, really invest a lot of time and energy into research, if you are considering this option.

    Internet Marketing:

Why we love it: Low start up cost and a lot of flexibility. Internet marketing (selling products online, promoting other people’s products, or providing an online service) really is a great option for a lot of moms.

Why it might not be for you: Internet marketing has a learning curve, just like any other type of business. Anyone who’s ever had a website knows that “if you build it they will come” is not necessarily true. You have to promote, tweak, test, and learn constantly if you want to become a success in Internet Marketing. It is definitely possible and it is a great option, but don’t go into it thinking you don’t need to invest time and money in yourself and in your business. You do.

    Surveys for Cash

Why we love it: Yes, there really are companies that will pay you to take surveys. In all honesty, you aren’t going to get rich taking surveys, and you’ll spend a lot of time for little money in most cases. But, if you enjoy hanging out on the computer and think it would be fun to do some surveys while you’re chatting with your friends on IM, then it isn’t a bad way to make a few extra dollars here and there. Just be sure to sign up with a free email account (like hotmail or yahoo) so you don’t get flooded with SPAM!

Why it might not be for you: If time is short or you need to make a lot of money for your family, then spend your time on something else. Surveys aren’t going to pay your bills. Also, there are some scams that charge you for a list of surveys. Be careful.

These are just a few of the many options to make money from home. Follow your heart. Start on the path today to make your dreams come true.

Many men have expressed that they are dissatisfied with their penis size, sexual performance, or just want to spice up their sex life in general. Likewise, many women have admitted that they are unhappy with their partner’s penis size and/or their sexual performance (now don’t get me wrong - this goes both ways!) Supposedly, size really does matter, as well as sexual stamina.

There have been studies showing that women instinctually view men with a larger penis size as being more sexually attractive and sexually capable. An overall larger penis size also means a larger surface area, which stimulates more nerves, resulting in a more pleasurable experience for both you and your partner. Many women have reported that a larger and more natural penis is also more of a visual turn on.

So what can some of these natural alternatives to the likes of prescription drugs Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra REALLY do for your sex life, and HOW do they do it? Many of these powerful natural herbal male enhancement formulas actually do increase a man’s sexual desire, improve sexual health, and help to achieve stronger and longer erections.

Combining the formulations of the type of herbs found in many parts of the world that have been proven to work for many years, men can now enjoy the full benefits of a prescription product without the nasty side effects - and it’s all natural. Some of the same types of herbs found in Polynesia where the men of the Mangaian tribe have sex on the average of 3 times a night, every night, are found in these modern herbal sexual enhancement products. While this is not quite the extreme you probably desire, it is nice to know your sexual performance can improve substantially.

Here’s what some real-life experiences are from men who have tried these products. They’ve experienced an improvement in their overall sexual health, making them feel younger and facilitating more intense and pleasurable orgasms. They’ve noticed a significant difference in quality and quantity of love-making. After a couple of days, they are more sensitive, and their erections last longer and tend to be harder.

How do these products work, and what is the science behind the proposed benefits of them? They actually help to swell the erectile tissues in the penis, called the corpora cavernosa, which is responsible for creating an erection by using specific blends of potent herbs long known to enhance male virility in ancient tribes and herbally based medicinal cultures.

So, who are the best candidates for these types of products?
All men who would like to strengthen, widen, and lengthen their erection and boost sexual pleasure with a herbal formula, rather than a prescription medication. It is helpful to men who suffer from diminished sex drive, early ejaculation, weak or short-term erections, lack of pleasurable sensation and lack of overall confidence about their sexual selves.

Although not all products in this industry are legitimate, there are several products that offer promising evidence and testimonials that they truly do work on men seeking to enhance their sex life.

Your credit is the most important thing you have other than your breathe. There are three types of people in this world. There are those who have excellent credit. Those who have OK credit and those who have bad or no credit. Yes each of the above individuals has there own trials to deal with. Let us start by defining what each of the above can and can not do.

Someone with excellent credit can get away with literally anything. The will get approved for new loans, they will get approved for a new car and even a business line of credit. The sky is the limit. The only thing they are lacking is the know-how to go along with the credit. Once they know how to tap into these sources, anything is possible.

A person with good to OK credit are on the border line. The may not always get approved for loans, business lines of credit and/or car loans. For such people it is a bit harder to get the thing they need because of what is on their crdit report. Here is a list of somethings that may decrease your credit score. Too many inquirees on you credit within a short time spand (usually 12 in 6 months). Late payment of bills and credit cards. Identity theft and many more. That is why it is important to obtain a copy of your credit report at least once a year. You must then Review it and clear up any thing that does not belong to you.

A person(s) with Bad or no Credit are in the same shoes. Having bad Credit is the same as having no credit. A person with bad credit will have to work three times as hard to get approved for a loan. The person(S) with no credit will have to put up some securities to get the loan. These securities can be in the form of cash (known as a secured loan). Other securities is a lien on somthing of value like a home or a car. After establishing or restablishing credit, It becomes easier for the individual to get credit without any securities.

To keep your credit in good standards, one must constantly pay all bills on time or before time. Then you must pay more than the minimum due to keep your balances on the decline. Do not co-sign for anyone other than your spouse. Review your credit report and challenge anything that is not related to you.

You can visit the National Credit Service on line and get up to date information on this matter. Each Town is different. Check your Municipal office for details.

You’re an entrepreneur! You’ve made the decision to work from home and it’s time to get your office or shop set up.

You have taken care of the legalities, you know who your target market is, you have an exceptional product or service and you’re ready to get it out there.

This is a very exciting time and you want everything to be perfect and appealing, including your workspace.

You buy a new desk, computer, printer/copier/fax/ scanner, chair, calculator, office supplies, file cabinets, bookshelves, and decorative accessories to make your office attractive.

You may be spending a great deal of time in your workspace and it is important that it be comfortable and ergonomically designed.

Although comfort and functionality are important, be mindful when furnishing and equipping your workplace.

Be aware of what is absolutely necessary and what is a nice-to-have.

Some of today’s business giants started by selling out of their garages.

It was not glamorous in the beginning, but it was necessary to start their businesses on a solid foundation.

Now, some of these successful entrepreneurs work out of magnificent skyscrapers, have mansions in New England and drive vintage sports cars.

These smart businessmen and women realized that everything didn’t have to be perfect or aesthetic when they started.

Some new home-based business owners feel it is necessary to buy state-of-the-art equipment, sign up for all of the prominent subscriptions and memberships, stock their shelves with loads of inventory, have expensive art on the walls, and create an air of wealth and success in order to impress prospective clients.

This kind of thinking can put you out of the race before you even start running!

I remember when I was a consultant for a MLM company. I thought I had to carry every product available to impress my customers.

A startling realization for me was that my biggest show in sales was when I had the fewest number of pieces on display.

The customers were able to see the quality in each product and did not have to see every piece in order to make a buying decision.

When I decided to terminate my business, I had a closet full of products. I sold quite a few items to another consultant, but still had shelves stocked with unopened product.

For about five years, I didn’t have to buy a birthday, wedding or Christmas present because I had a massive amount of untouched gifts in my home office.

When I decided to start my coaching business, I was older and wiser, and grateful I made many of my mistakes at an earlier age. I learned from them and knew not to repeat them.

I started small. I had a computer, an old, but reliable printer, a 15-year old calculator and desk, and a comfy office chair.

All I needed was a quality phone capable of handling multiple lines and a headset.

For the first twelve months of my business, these items were more than sufficient.

As my business grew and profits increased enough to support additional spending, I upgraded my computer and printer and made improvements in my office.

When starting your new home-based business, understand that your first year can be financially demanding.

Until you have a steady, reliable source of income, it is wise to avoid excessive spending and unnecessary purchases.

Be honest with yourself when making purchases for your business.

Yes, you need a good quality printer with fax/copy and scanning capabilities, but do you need the one that is designed for high volume, large scale copying?

If you’re not in the copying business, a lower volume, lower priced multi-media product will more than serve you.

When starting your business, sit down and determine what you absolutely need to get things going and what the costs will be.

What will your monthly operating expenses be? For example:

    - internet access
    - bank charges
    - phone/fax lines
    - auto responder and shopping cart (if online business),
    - printer cartridges/office supplies
    - advertising, etc.

Then determine when you expect to start bringing in sales. How much will you need to earn every month to cover your operating expenses?

Not until your basic monthly expenses are covered and a surplus of funds is created should you begin to purchase the nice-to haves.

Be frugal during your first year as a home-based business owner. Monitor and understand where your money is coming from and where it is going.

Keep a watchful eye, maintain strict control and pace your spending according to your profits.

By creating structure and remaining vigilant in your spending, you will build a solid foundation for your business.

Build a strong foundation, be financially responsible on an ongoing basis and the sky will be the limit!

Vegetarianism is being initiated by the Sages in China and India since time immemorial to prohibit the infliction of cruelties upon fellow animate beings. It is the very basic in the cultivation of compassion and love among all sentient beings. Today, with adequate evidential materials which involve men from all walks of life and traditions, vegetarianism is acknowledged all over the world, as essential diet to promote not only health consciousness but also moralities as the principality of life as well. It is a goal towards Universal love and peace and a provider of good health for the soul.

Many scientists have come to a conclusion that man is by nature to live not on meat but on a vegetable diet. Man’s structure, external and internal, compared with that of the other animals, shows that fruit and succulent vegetables constitute his natural food. On top of all the contrasts, herbivorous animals are docile in nature but that of meat-eating carnivorous animals are fierce and wild.

Fats of animal flesh such as cholestrol do not dissolve easily in the human body. Instead they deposit themselves unceasingly upon the walls of the meat-eater’s blood vessels. As time goes by, the vessels become thicker and norrower, permitting lesser blood to flow through. This affects the function of the heart that is forced to increase its pumping capacity in order to send blood through clogged and contracted vessels. As a result, high blood pressure, strokes and heart attack prevail.

On the other hand, during the agony of being slaughtered, the terrified animals undergo profound changes. First of all, secretion of toxins generated by rage and fear at the time of slaughter, are forced into the blood stream. Through circulation of blood, these poisonous substances are pervaded to various muscles of their bodies. Slaughter not only terminates the normal cleansing functions of the body but also leaves the animals saturated with their own waste substances.

Toxin wastes, including uric acid are present in the blood and tissue, as also are bacteria from animal diseases, such as hoof and mouth disease, contagious abortion, swine fever, malignant tumor, etc. Urea and uric acid which deposit in the muscle fibers of meat are among the most eminent wastes that a meat-eater burdens his body with. A pound of beefsteak contains about 14 grams of uric acid. The intake of uric acid is too much for the kidneys and liver to eliminate beside the body’s own daily production and as a result, the excess uric acid is deposited throughout the body hence causing painful conditions of gout, rheumatism, headache, epilepsy, hardening of the arteries and nervousness and many others.

Man is by nature a vegetarian spiritually. In the Genesis of the Bible, under the story of creation, God, after created human said, “I have provided all kinds of grain and all kinds of fruit for you to eat; but for the wild animals and for all the wild birds I have provided grass and leafy plants for food.”

Man is not just a body of mere biological organism. The greatest concern is the acquisition of insights into man’s innermost being which is frequently referred to as his “Spiritual Nature or Conscience.” From the standpoint of Nature’s Law and Order, all creations are one - that is, all life forms whether human or non-human, are descendants of a common root.

In all the jobs I had before I began working from home, I was not contributing in any great, or lasting, way to the world. I was simply doing my job, performing tasks, in an effort to make someone else more money. Since I was not in a sales position, my salary did not change according to how much money I earned (or saved) for the company. It didn’t bother me too much that my work was making my employer rich - what bothered me the most was that I was not contributing anything to my community or helping anyone in any way. What if, I thought, what I did for a living could directly affect someone’s life for the better?

This was my mindset when I decided to start a home based business.

It was a very long process to determine what it was I could do. Eventually I decided that building a website, relating to something I feel passionate about, would be the way to go. And I have not looked back since. I honestly enjoy every day that I build my business. I enjoy the process that goes into every new page on my site. And most of all, I love the emails I get from my website’s visitors, thanking me for helping them.

Luckily for me, I found a company that took me under their wing and showed me exactly how to build a website, how to drive free traffic to my site, and how to actually make an income from it.

If you decide to build a website, here are the five essential keys to finding the right niche for you:

    1. Decide what really matters to you. It is fairness, equality, or ethics? Is it the environment, animals or pets? Is it family or babies? Is it business related - like teaching marketing skills, assisting companies to grow, or hire the best employees? If you can narrow down what your passion is, then it will be easier to decide on a topic for a website.

    2. Determine how you can help people. Will you offer a service or product that will benefit them in some way? Don’t worry at this point about how you will make money, because you will learn that there are four or five ways to make money on a website. Say for example, your passion is home organizing - your business could be free tips broken down into five sections, such as closets, kitchen pantries, kids’ rooms, bathrooms and home offices. Each section of that could be broken down further into supplies (sell the supplies here), real examples (sell ads on this page), Do’s and don’t’s, and so on.

    3. Do not be in a hurry. There is no such thing as “Get Rich Quick”. If you believe those ads you see on the Internet, you’ll “Get Ripped off Quick”. Building a legitimate business takes time, and that’s all there is to it.

    4. Research online and at the library the topics that interest you.

    5. Lastly decide how you are going to do it. Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. You need to set up a budget and decide how much money you can afford to put into your new business, and exactly what steps are needed to accomplish you goal.

Above all, remember that starting your home based business will take time and effort. But it will be worth it - I promise! For more information on how I built my business, feel free to visit my website.

The Friendly Home Bar By Parvati Markus

Looking to entertain your guests with something stirred or
shaken? No, not another manic video game. We’re talking about
sitting on bar stools, elbows propped on the bar, sipping an
apple martini, or a tall glass of beer, or a salt-rimmed
margarita as you talk with your friends. Chips and guacamole
right at hand. Gazing out over the city lights at night, or
taking a break from the big poker game. There’s nothing like bar
furniture to bring cheers to your home!

With the sleek contemporary look of metal and glass to the
comfort and familiarity of beautiful woods, a bar can fit into
your game room, rec room, living room, dining room, den, home
theater, family room — there’s a size and style of bar or pub
table to fit any space in your home. Remember, when you measure
the area where you want to place the bar, allow enough space to
enter the bar from one side. Also take into consideration if
you’re going to have a small refrigerator in the bar area. For
an L-shaped bar, add enough room for barstools along the short
    side (return) of the bar.

Speaking of barstools, there are many options, from contemporary
metal stools to traditional wooden stools and spectator chairs.
What height stools do you need? If you’re going to use the
stools at a kitchen counter, they come in either 24″ or 26″
heights for countertops that are 36-39″ tall. Stools designed
for bar counters are usually 30″ for bars that are 40-50″ in
height. The 34″ height is mostly for spectator chairs in pool
and game rooms. Leave 22-25″ of width for each bar stool. The
rest is your choice: with a back or not, swivel seat or
stationary, cloth, wood, or metal seat and back.

Think about adding a brass or chrome foot rest, a back bar
mirror, shelving for glasses, or an in-wall bar and wine
cabinet. The choice of drinks is on the housePlease find the

Everyone talks about exceeding your customers expectations. It is true. It is no longer good enough to just meet their expectations, you DO have to exceed their expectations to succeed. Today’s customer is very well educated and demanding. The internet has opened up a whole world of possibilities. They want high quality, exceptional service and low low prices. I am reminded of a sign I once read at a printers office… “Fast, cheap, good..Pick two.” However customers don’t want to just “pick two”, they want the whole enchilada!

There is a simple way to exceed your customers expectations most of the time. And that is to manage those expectations. Be in control. To put it simply, it is like competing in a race, AFTER you decide where the finish line should be.

Often times you don’t know what their expectations are. It is almost impossible for you to win without this knowledge. If you help to establish the expectations you are far more likely to impress your customer.

Last week I was looking for some real estate in Chicago for my son. On Sunday I called a realtor. He told me he was at an open house, but would be back to his office later that afternoon and would email me some listings. He never sent me any emails that night and he didn’t call me back until the next day. Clearly he set up an expectation that he didn’t meet. Now the interesting part of this story is that I had no expectation about when he would get back to me BEFORE he set one in my head. At best since I was calling on a Sunday I assumed that he wouldn’t get back to me before the next day. But he set an expectation in my head and he didn’t follow through. He would have done better by saying ” I will email you the listings tomorrow” and then email them to me that night. He would have set up my expectation and then exceeded it.

My orthopedic surgeon, when looking at the xray of my broken ankle, told me that this was a “good” break and there was no damage to the ligaments and that when the bone healed there would be no other problems. Imagine my surprise to still be limping four months later. He didn’t manage my expectations well. If he had said “It looks like a simple break, but only time will tell how fast you get better” I would have been less unhappy with the outcome.

Think about what you promise your customer. Are you sure you can fulfill that promise? If not DON’T make it. Give yourself some wiggle room, give yourself some ability to “under promise and over deliver.” Set your customers expectations so that you can always exceed them.
