Tellin’ it Like it Is: Human Hair Wigs for a Better Life
Our group of friends never imagined the incredible Colleen Sharp, my youthful partner in crime, could ever cover her head with lace front wigs. Her voluminous long black hair added so much to her personality. But surprise surprise. There’s no question she is still recognized for her trademark toss ‘n turn. Very few can tell she wears lace front wigs. Keep it on the DL.
When we were youths finding our way in Arizona, we used to stole the spotlights to every dance. A few years went by before her alopecia kicked in and her hair wouldn’t be the same. I hinted about a few human hair wigs. Oh well, she just shaved her head. Unfazed by medical hair loss, she took the time and never let you forget about her threadbare confidence.
Obliged to show at our university’s rugby game, we taunted the players until a numbskull accidentally launched the sphere (or whatever they play with) into the stands. Quick on her feet, she reached out for the thing and her cute little hat jumped from her head, revealing her naked head. Undisturbed, she walked over and delivered it right back at him. She’s that kind of girl.
That said, who can be invincible at all times? Months later she invited me over for a stroll to the art gallery, where she laughed nervously and said that she opts to go bald out of anger. She would never look at human hair wigs, even if she would wear them. At that moment miss invincible grew embarrassed and begged that I shouldn’t concern myself with it. I had to oblige.
We got so worried about her. Shortly after, I asked her about going shopping with me for a new lace front wig. Eventually we ended up with the perfect solution: we’ll think of wigs as fashion, and we love fashion. So I’m getting one too!
We had a great time, floored by the wide selection of hair colors, textures and styles. She didn’t realize that human hair wigs are vital to fashion for so many women. These wigs made her so lovely. Personally, I put together an entirely contemporary wardrobe to wear with our wigs. We’re inseparable, forever and always. For my birthday she thanked me for reintroducing, and disclosed that it rekindles a new attitude for many occasions. It’s my pleasure to realize my best friend float about as light as a feather. Friends can do anything!
